When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be stored with our third party processor, Mailchimp, and we will use this to fulfil your subscription request
When you are enrolled for training through our partner Orbus Software, we will use the data provided to fulfil your training and reporting requirements. We will also store this information in our database and use it to follow up with you, either by telephone or through an electronic communication to inform and promote additional information regarding training that would be useful to you and your organization.

Where you have made a purchase, we will also process data for the performance of the contract, which will involve payment or transaction details being processed and shared with our payment providers.
